VeloElite Shop rides
The VeloElite shop rides, have been born from the legendary “shop rides” that began at Wellingborough Cycles in 2013 and over the years have gone from a handful of riders to the fantastic club we have today. The rides have steadily got larger, longer and faster attracting riders of all abilities from novices right through to Elite level racers. There can be anything up to 7 groups riding, all at different speeds, so there really is something for everyone. On a nice days we can see up to 70 riders out all enjoying the weather and group ride experience.
Since the sad demise of the Wellingborough Cycles shop, the rides have very much been business as normal. Now under the new banner of VeloElite shop rides, we have a new shop home in Hardwick, Wellingborough . All are rides are posted a few weeks in advance below, simply click on the latest ride below for all the information you will need! We also post rides onto our Facebook page each week, so there is always plenty of time for riders to check out the route and upload it to garmins for those that use them!
Rides start at different locations, but usually either Ringstead, Earls Barton or Higham Ferrers, you can check each week for details.
